With the ability to adapt to each project’s unique challenges, we are able to self-perform a wide range of project sizes and difficulties anywhere from a small townhome complex to multi-acre sites. We use Topcon GPS technology to ensure complete accuracy and speed of installation. This GPS technology is not only used for survey and layout, it is installed on several pieces of equipment (dozers and track hoes) to guarantee accuracy throughout the duration of the project.
We also specialize in Utilities work. Capitol installs various types of storm drainage, underground water collection systems, sanitary sewer, and water systems. Our use of modern GPS technology and proper installation methods and procedures ensures accuracy to all specifications of a project.
